Curriculum 课程
|
Classes are taught in simplified Chinese characters, pinyin, and English. Ninth- through twelfth-graders attending any high schools within the boundaries of Riverside Unified School District will earn ten (10) credit hours upon successful completion of each of the following classes: Chinese Level I, Chinese Level II, Chinese Level III and Chinese Level IV. Designed for students of all ages interested in Chinese language and for teenagers preparing to take SAT II Chinese Test, the curriculum equally emphasizes the development of oral communication skills, and a foundation in character recognition and writing. In addition to learning daily conversations, from greetings to getting around in society, such as telling time and asking direction, students are also introduced to the Chinese geography, customs and culture. 本校设有幼稚班, 初级班, 中级班, 高中学分班及成人班。高中学分班及成人班采用Riverside Unified School District 认可的教材, 分为中文第一级, 中文第二级, 中文第三级和中文第四级, 每一级结业后本校给于学生河滨学区核准的10个学分。以提升学生学习中文的兴趣并加强9到12年级的高中生参加SAT II Chinese测试能力, 本校课程的重点强调会话技巧, 认字及写作。整体教学内容采用日常用语为主题, 包括家庭生活, 人际关系的互动, 以及中国地理, 文化和习俗的介绍。 |
